Tania Chatterjee, Head of Sustainability India has been with NatWest Group for over a decade and has held various roles in the People & Transformation function.

In her current role, Tania is responsible for leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Colleague Volunteering and Climate Change programs. At the helm of all, she is responsible to drive and deliver the sustainability agenda of NatWest Group India. In her career span of 22 years, Tania has significantly contributed in leading strategic initiatives on diversity and inclusion, leadership development, talent management, Wellbeing and organizational culture.
