Minita is a sustainability professional with over three and a half years’ experience at UN Global Compact Network Nepal. She drives responsible business practices through partnerships and ESG integration, helping companies align with the UN Global Compact principles and the Sustainable Development Goals. Minita focuses especially on environmental, social, and governance topics while strengthening collaboration among businesses, development organizations, and other stakeholders to build Nepal’s corporate sustainability ecosystem.

She played a key role in launching the Nepal Business and Disability Network (NBDN), which connects companies, organizations of persons with disabilities, and disability-led businesses to promote inclusive employment and accessibility. Minita regularly engages with these groups as well as Global Compact Networks worldwide to share best practices and boost efforts for inclusion and sustainability.
